PAYMENT and SHIPPING

Calico Kidz accepts payments by debit and credit card through PayPal only. Payment is due within twenty-four hours of your purchase. After this time, if no payment has been made and I have not heard from you, I will cancel your order and re-list the item.
Items are mailed to your PayPal transaction address, so please be sure it is up to date. Items may take up to fourteen business days as they are mailed from B.C. Canada. I use Canada Post for all items. You may purchase Priority mail for faster service.

REPAIRS and EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with any Calico Kidz product, you may return it, in the same condition as received, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. When you are returning an item, please contact me first. You will be refunded your payment, through PayPal, minus the cost of shipping.

Calico Kidz offers a 60-day guarantee on all product defects. If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged. Please contact me before sending it back so we can discuss the issue. For items still under guarantee, I will reimburse your shipping costs. After 60 days, I will gladly sew minor repairs but you must pay for shipping.

I guarantee the snaps on all my products. If a snap ever cracks, breaks, or falls off, I will replace it and pay for shipping back to you. I will reimburse your shipping costs if it's within 60 days of purchasing.

I am usually available for custom work. I do ask for 50% of the payment up front and the balance paid prior to shipping. Please feel free to contact me at any time!

All Calico Kidz items are sewn in a pet-free and smoke-free home.
